For the past 11 years of running this business I was always so worried if the day would ever come when I'd have to close it. But the day is finally here. If you've followed our Instagram you will have seen my last little update that I have been diagnosed with centrally sensitised pain due to chronic stress and a disregulated nervous system. Since the beginning of the year I haven't been feeling the same love and passion for my business, but I kept pushing through it and trying to find a love for it again. But since my arthritis and not being able to make all the products I love to make anymore, I just couldn't find my spark for it again. I know that all of my stress and pain is caused by running a small business, and I have to put my health first. So although it feels sad to close this chapter, I'm not closing it with feelings of hopelessness or regrets. I am so proud of what we have created and the amazing customers we've had.
So what's next?
I’ll be discounting nearly everything in the shop to clear stock, once things are sold out they won’t be coming back. And when the majority of it has gone, which I only expect to be a few weeks, the shop will be closed. I’m sorry to anyone hoping to get our Christmas products, I honestly considered going til the end of the year to be able to do our Christmas range but it’s not worth the affect it would have on my health.
I couldn’t have had the amazing business I’ve had for the past 11 years without all of you so thank you for every order and words of support you’ve given me over the years. You helped 10 year old me achieve her dream, but now it’s time to explore some other dreams and see where they take us ✨❤️
